User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:98.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/98.0

Steps to reproduce:

Copied profile to a new computer

Actual results:

Installed TB and new profile was found. Message filters give error on start-up and fail to run automatically when checking new mail. Can be run manually.

Here's the error message on start-up:

The messages could not be filtered to folder 'XXXXXX on Local Folders' because adding a message to it failed. Verify that the folder is displaying properly or try to repair it from the folder properties.

Expected results:

Run automatically in background.

Still failing?

Summary: Message filters fail to automatically run → Message filters fail to automatically run. "The messages could not be filtered to folder 'XXXXXX on Local Folders' because adding a message to it failed."

Are any of the profile or message files write-protected (set to read-only) -- or some similar circumstance -- which might cause the ADD MESSAGE to fail? Thinking perhaps it might be a control file of some kind which AUTO uses but MANUAL does not.

Think I fixed it, by manually clicking on every single one of my 200+ folders and selecting "Fix Folder".
