No.
Firefox has a "firefox-l10n" option for l10n, but Thunderbird does not.
In this bug, I want "thunderbird-l10n" option at first.

I support this proposal as I recently was in the situation that I wanted to find a regression range for an issue that doesn't reproduce in an en-US build of Thunderbird. And since mozregression is able to bisect Firefox-l10n builds and localized Thunderbird builds exist it sounds possible to support this use case.

Thunderbird-L10n nightlies support was released in 6.0.0.
