Steps to reproduce:
I applied a custom theme from Firefox addons store, and when Firefox syncs, it applies the theme on my other PCs
Actual results:
Sync causes themes to apply on other Firefox installs
Expected results:
At best, download the theme, but not apply it.

You can visit about:config and set the services.sync.prefs.sync.extensions.activeThemeID pref to false to prevent the theme from changing by sync.
