returns 68 hits. Should return 0 hit.
Looking at the bugs, there are a couple coming from bug 85841, but the majority
seem to be from mass changes, where the bugs really should be UNCONFIRMED.

This has already been fixed in CVS, and bmo will pick it up next time it updates.
