we do, in fact, copy entire directories.
where was the file, latest-trunk/ ?  Thinking we just need to nuke the stage
dirs previous to the scp.

no, it was in the dated dir, but not in the latest dir.

cleans up the directories before populating them

The only wildcard involved now is the *.xpi, which pulls from the dist
directory.

does your review+ equal a cls r= where i can check in without an sr=?  or should
i get an sr=?
