STRs:

  1. Open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrC8yyp32wY;vq=hd1080 in a large Firefox window B and hit play (make sure it's HD/1080p)
  2. Open https://jsfiddle.net/jib1/02j8q6h9/show (this is the H264 version) in Firefox window A, hit Start! button and capture Firefox window B

Expected results: video with same colors as original
Actual results: color distortion and visible horizontal color lines (see attached image)

(The fiddle uses SDP munging lifted from webrtc-landing, due to bug 1396922).

I restarted Nightly and can no longer reproduce.

Still happens for me.

I can reproduce this using the same fiddle. Note, color of the capture is off if the height setting is 1080 or higher, if I set it to 1079 or lower, the color looks fine.

Jim, I'm setting this as an S3 - do you know who should look into a fix?
