Steps to reproduce:
I tried to set "Always show bookmarks bar" (Favorites Bar).
Actual results:
It appears just a blank bar, even though I have some bookmarks there.
Expected results:
Show my Favourites bar below the address bar.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

it's possible you customized away the bookmarks items from the toolbar.
Please right click on the toolbar and pick Customize Toolbar, then drag and drop the Bookmarks Toolbar Items from the customize palette to the toolbar itself.
