Steps to reproduce
- Open the Accessibility Menu of the OS
- Turn on High Contrast
- Launch Firefox and go to about:preferences
- Scroll down to Website Appearance section
- Switch between FF theme, System Theme, Light and Dark
Expected result
- No changes should be seen on the web appearance UI
Actual result
- Web appearance settings switch between Light and Dark

Not a regression, it's a new feature

On Linux we can honor high contrast and web appearance so we do. This is not a bug. The warning doesn't show up either.
