Details

There is a segfault trending in nightly that is happening on GeckoStart.

This other Sentry report may be related.

We normally track native crashes on Socorro, so I don't think we need to do anything for this.

Matt shared with me the stacktrace (which is unsymbolized) since it's a native bug I don't think there's any action item on us, as we already tracking those in socorro and I don't think we have reason to believe that those crashes are not reported there

this particular crash report is likely https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/19e427e0-88e8-4e28-8469-8bb1d0220325 based on numbers/frequency

removing security flag as there's no security sensitive information in this bug report.

So a duplicate of bug 1761200?

Christian says the new Sentry SDK is sending native crashes to both Sentry, so we'll see duplicate crash reports in Sentry and Socorro.

This crash signature could be any native crash, so this bug isn't actionable.
