There are many excellent existing resources to learn about Glean. One way to organize all of them is around their target audience.

One of the most important 'users' of Glean is the data consumer, i.e. the individuals who take data collected by Glean after it has already landed in the Mozilla databases and derive analyses, inferences, etc. from it. This could be analysts, data scientists, product managers, or a good number of other folks.

Understanding how the data you work with is gathered gives important context and helps understand what questions to ask, what features to request, etc.

The need is for an introductory doc(s) for that audience specifically.
