when invoking mozilla with the -splash option any URL specified on the
command-line is not loaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start mozilla as follows:
mozilla -splash http://www.mozilla.org/
Actual Results:  
mozilla starts with a blank window

Expected Results:  
mozilla should have loaded the specified URL when it starts
