It wasn't clear right away what causes the failure since there are no additional logs displayed. However, after observing screenshots in this timeline, I'm convinced the failure is coming from the last test case test_open_pip_window_history_nav(). This test case ensures that the pip window stays open while navigating using the history API (ex. history.go(), history.pushState(), etc.).

The pip window is probably not closing properly, which would explain the error message Found an unexpected Toolkit:PictureInPicture at the end of test run, despite a previous message stating that the same test passes.
