Sync web-platform-tests PR 33385 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

PR: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/33385
Details from upstream follow.

Make Canvas and CanvasText system color definitions consistent.

The current definition of Canvas is not the same as the background
of an empty document in dark mode, contrary to the specification:
https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-4/#css-system-colors
This CL adjusts this and adds a test for it.
