Steps to reproduce:

Switched interface language to Hebrew, applied and restarted application, switched interface language to English, applied and restarted application (repeated several times, also after restarting computer)

Actual results:

all-day events in Week view are displayed from in day columns from left to right regardless of set interface language. When the interface is in Hebrew (Right to left language) all-day events appear in the wrong days. please see in attached partial screenshot, all-day events are displayed in constant columns in both English and Hebrew interface languages, but should have been displayed from right to left when in Hebrew.
Events' text is always displayed as a LTR text (adjusted to start from the the left) and not RTL (adjusted to start from the right) when language is set to Hebrew.

Expected results:

all-day events should be displayed in their correct day column when interface is in Hebrew. Additionally, Ideally, if event text is in Hebrew - it should be adjusted to the right

This is partially a duplicate of bug 1712942 (wrong date headings), with some more right-to-left issues.

This should have been fixed in bug 1713130, along with even more right-to-left problems in the day and week views. You can test this on beta right now and see if everything has been addressed. Otherwise, it'll be part of the next major release.

This was part of a large set of changes that aren't easily brought to 91, so I'll mark that as wontfix for that version.
