Shift+Delete key in login autocomplete is removing login without warning or way to restore. This can lead to unexpected data loss. Lets remove this feature, user can delete login by visiting about:logins.
P.S. Bug 1739483 would have allowed user to recover from unwanted delete.

doesn't seem to delete logins anymore on Firefox 129. If this change has been implemented elsewhere, please mark this issue as a duplicate.
