From the recent CX discussion, there are a few things that CX think would be great additional improvement for Kitsune to improve CX efficiency. One of them is the ability to export data from the platform.

KB articles:

  • Ability to export KB articles by product + topic
    ** KB articles by last updated date
    ** KB articles by localized locales

Support questions:

  • Ability to export list of questions and associated question data by specific date range
  • Export list of support questions by keyword, tag, topic (useful with incident reports)
