This is a weird issue, I restarted my Firefox Release 98.0.2, then my Slack layout and text become really weird.
You can see there are two white line in the top and the left, and the text also changes to a different font. I didn't change or modify any of my add-ons, I just restarted my Firefox.

It looks to me like some CSS didn't load. You seem to be getting the browser's default font instead of what Slack normally uses, but I also notice that in the "bad" screenshot, links are underlined (which is the default behavior), whereas Slack's styling normally suppresses the underline except when hovering over the link.
So I don't think this is specifically a Text & Fonts issue (that's just one of the more obvious symptoms); it's actually a stylesheet loading failure.
(If you check the Web Console, are there any error messages that might indicate a CSS file failing to load?)
