In discovered it happens only when the link contains a ".html" extension.
e.g.
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/bug_status.html will trigger iGetter.
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org will not.

iGetter is a speeddownload utility:
iGetter integrates with Internet Explorer, catching mouse clicks of hyperlinks. iGetter uses
the plug-in technology for integration, that every URL with defined in the preferences file
extension will be caught by iGetter. To set the file type that iGetter will download, you
must define its extension in the 'Integration' panel in the iGetter's Preferences. By default
iGetter has defined the most popular file types downloaded on the Internet - sit, bin, hqx,
zip, gz, tgz.
If iGetter successfully caught a download, in your browser will appear 'The download
was caught by iGetter. Click Back button to keep browsing'.
-> invalid
