The frames show the files source code instead of the rendered page.
The same page works fine with IE and used to work with Mozilla 1.2a

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://mbm.livewiredev.com/

Actual Results:  
You see the three frames' source code.

Expected Results:  
The page should be rendered.

My mozilla 1.2b was installed over the Mozilla 1.2a.
Compreg.dat file was deleted to fix another bug related to Download Manager.

I beleive that was a content-encoding problem in their webserver config that
they fixed by now. IE showed everything fine because it ignores content-encoding
header. 

Anyway, we've got 3 WFMs, so I'm marking this WORKSFORME. Please reopen if the
problem persists.
