Currently, release automation interacts with Balrog to schedule releases to be deployed. When it does this, it ought to also schedule the pin to be updated.

• User impact if declined: This uplift is needed for the update pinning enterprise policy to work on 102. We want this feature to be available on 102ESR.
• Is this code covered by automated tests?: Unknown
• Has the fix been verified in Nightly?: No
• Needs manual test from QE?: Yes
• If yes, steps to reproduce: We don't add version pins for Nightly, so the feature can't be easily tested on Nightly. I am already working with QA to test this on the channels that it can be tested on as it rolls out. Although the feature will technically be available during testing, we won't announce it until testing is complete.
• List of other uplifts needed: None
• Risk to taking this patch: Low
• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): This is a change to release automation only. If there is a problem, it could require us to fix the release automation. But it shouldn't result in broken functionality on Firefox.
• String changes made/needed: None
• Is Android affected?: No
