Steps to reproduce:
Right clicking on any page to access the pop-up menu and choose clicking on the Star for saving a bookmark no longer allows a choice of which folder in which to save it.
Actual results:
It Automatically saves the page in the folder last used to save a previous bookmark. Then, it requires a SECOND right click on the page to bring up the pop-up menu again & then Re-clicking on the Star to finally be able to select the correct folder in which to save the bookmark.
Expected results:
Right clicking the page Should bring up the pop-up menu with the Star at the top right & clicking on the Star (the 1st time) SHOULD take the user to the bookmark pop-up menu allowing the user to select the bookmark folder of their choice.

when the panel opens, there is a Show Editor When Saving checkbox you can enable to have the panel stick and wait for a location.
please let me know if this doesn't help.
Marco, Sorry for the delay in response. - Answer = NO, there is NOT a "Show Editor" choice on the panel when it opens. As I previously stated, (ADD THIS: it occurred approximately two upgrades/updates ago) - Right clicking on any page to access the pop-up menu and choose clicking on the Star for saving a bookmark no longer allows a choice of which folder in which to save it.
Actual results:
Clicking the Star for Bookmark storage Automatically saves the page in the folder last used to save a previous bookmark.
Then, a SECOND right click on the page is Required to bring up the pop-up menu AGAIN & then RE-clicking on the Star finally opens that 'pane' you previously mentioned & allows me to be able to select the correct folder in which I choose to save the bookmark.
Expected results:
Again - Right clicking the page SHOULD bring up the pop-up menu with the Star at the top right & clicking on the Star (the 1st time) SHOULD take the user to the bookmark pop-up menu ('panel') allowing the user to select the bookmark folder of their choice.

This is a different locale, but the position of the option doesn't change.
Sirs & Madams,
I only speak & read English.
Anyway, This Bug occurs on Any & All web pages.
Can someone PLEASE help?

When the star pop-up is opened, in the location that was highlighted in the screenshot, the entry reads "Show editor when saving". Uncheck that box, and the next time you bookmark something, the pop-up will open automatically.
