Steps to reproduce:

When I reply to (or forward) an email, upon clicking SEND nothing happens. The buttons in the mail window go grey and then... nothing.

Sending a NEW email works fine.

Actual results:

Nothing. The email window becomes momentarily inactive but the message is not sent or forwarded. After a moment the buttons become active again and I can edit or change the message but it will not send.

If I go to close the message window TB will ask if I want to save the message as a draft and that works. But then the draft message also will not send.

Expected results:

The message should have been sent.

I have traced the problem back to COPY SENT TO CURRENT Addon.
