Steps to reproduce:
Started a YouTube video and moved the cursor to the right edge
Actual results:
The scroll bar does not disappear and gets in the way
Expected results:
Solution: Make the bar disappear during playback and return when paused.

This is not really a Firefox bug, see the dupe and related chromium issue too. If YouTube wanted to address it they could use scrollbar-color: transparent transparent when in Fullscreen.
