Steps to reproduce:

I type some Chinese words at twitch's chat room but it can't send out.

Actual results:

The word I type in was keep glitching but it can't be send.

Expected results:

Normally send out like ver.99

This is based on UA detection and commenting with characters in Chinese is working if I change the UA to Firefox v99. Let's add an override to cap the version to 99 until the issue is addressed by the site.
