Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch TB100b1
  2. Choose "アカウント設定(Account settings)" in the Application menu

Actual results:

nothing happens

(at least, under the Japanese translation)

Expected results:

open a tab contains account settings

Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
