Steps to reproduce:

I decided to log out of my Firefox account. When I tried to log back in using the known email address and password, I received a 2FA prompt. But, I have not setup 2FA authentication for my Firefox account.

Actual results:

I can't login to my Firefox account due to the 2FA prompt. I have no way of providing it with what it wants.

Expected results:

I also have subscribed to the Firefox Relay Premium service using the affected Firefox account. I logged out of that service and now can't access it again because of the 2FA-related issue described above.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Cloud Services::Server: Firefox Accounts' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
