The dropdown 'Has Regression Range:' is not shown on the bug creation bug enter_bug.cgi. Either use has to set it after they created the bug or the auto nag bot has to set it. It should be possible to do this when the get gets filed.

Automating (and hiding it from the UI?) as described in bug 1760584 would be even the better solution from my POV.

Updated to display on the enter bug page.
