Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0
Steps to reproduce:
All I did, was update my version of firefox from 98.0.2 to 99.0.1
Actual results:
The end results were that ALL of my extensions were disabled, and trying to reinstall any of them from anywhere only shows an error message saying "Can't Install addon because its corrupt", and this is from the addons.mozilla.org website
Expected results:
It shouldn't have disabled all of my extensions

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Add-ons Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
So basically, I used this trick to let me install addons from github since back in the day, firefox refused to let me. So I temporarily disabled it, and found out that was the solution, but I had to "reinstall" all my addons to enable them again (thankfully NOT losing any of my addon settings in the process). And using CCleaner to disable my plugins again, I put the addon trick I was using back in place, and found out that this time it didnt disable my addons. So I can only guess that SOMETHING in the upgrade process bungled something up settings wise and it is now resolved. although I WILL be keeping this bug up as long as it can, and if I ever run into this again, I WILL open it back up, or failing that make a new copy
