Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox.
2. Make sure to have a couple of dictionaries added.
3. Go to facebook.com or bugzilla.mozilla.org
4. Make sure check spelling is enabled on both fields.
5. Enable/disable any dictionary on the first field.
6. Quickly check if the dictionary enabled/disabled on the second field.

Expected result

Disabling/enabling a dictionary should be reflected right away on other fields on same websites.
