In some theme, e.g. Crux, has three scrollbar style, grey, green and light green
for unfocused window, focused window and hovered scrollbar. However, Mozilla's
GTK scrollbar implementation only has two states (unfocused window and hovered
scrollbar).

This bug was logged with quite an old version of Mozilla - are you able to
confirm whether or not this bug still exists in a recent version of Mozilla?
