If a server gives mime-type plain/text to a binary file, Chimera displays it as if it were text. Often we can't avoid this, but sometimes a known binary file extension (like .dmg) is present which we could use to tell us to present the download dialog box. Proposed solution: 1. IF (the MIME type is "application/octet-stream" OR "text/plain") AND (the file exension is listed in our /private/etc/httpd/mime.types) THEN use the locally referenced mime type. 2. ELSE trust the server MIME type.
