Details
Mozilla 1.2b on Win2000:
Left mouse down on Back button.
Move pointer off the button and over the title bar, keeping left mouse down.
Release the left mouse button.
Now move pointer back over the button.
Button thinks it is still pressed. Stays that way until you click on something else.
Strangely this only affects buttons with a menu on them. e.g. Reload is fine.

Still present in Moz 1.7.1, though the button now flickers up and down a bit
while the mouse is moved around.
Partially fixed in FF 1.0PR: now the button goes to its up state, wherever the
mouse is released. There is the tiny cosmetic problem, that if you mouse off the
button, to a non-mozilla area of the screen, the button stays in down state
while the mouse button is down.

I'm gonna confirm it WFM now . Retested with Seamonkey 1.0 and FF 2.0.0.4.
