Details

Start Mozilla MailNews. 
The Get Messages button is not enabled. I have to click on the relevant mail
account (even though it already appears to be selected) before I can click Get
Messages. Tabbing to the accounts pane also enables the Get msg button.

This is a little annoyance every time I start mail.

Sometimes, this does not seem to be the case. It could be that the mail
notification check is mucking it up. (During this time Get Messages is ignored
(bug 140741)).
