176471 - Long bookmark menu. Won't scroll to bottom. Scrolls 2 or 3 bookmarks then stops.

This problem occurs with or without the proxy. I have a very long bookmark list.
When trying to scroll to the bottom it stops after about 2 or 3 bookmarks below
the screen. If I keep moving the cursor above and into the down arrow, it will
scroll on more bookmark.

I don't like scrolling and think it should be changed to the way Netscape 4 worked.

This has been fixed.  Please use a newer build when logging bugs.
