User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0

Steps to reproduce:

Dragging and dropping anything from the Firefox window to an area outside the current Firefox window is impossible, pointer becomes a STOP-sign.

Dragging utl between Firefox windows works.

Actual results:

Pointer becomes a STOP-sign.

Expected results:

The selected image or text should be dropped into the file explorer window or the text editor.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Using Nightly and Release? I guess using Release, auto update.
