I just installed 1.2beta on my intel linux box. I downloaded the installer to
/tmp, su - to root and gunzipo,untared and ran ./mozilla-installer

It wanted to install to /usr/local/mozilla - I wanted it to go to /usr/bin so I
used the "Change" button to set the Destination Dir to /usr/bin.

Installer then notified me of an older install - I could delete the old install
or cancel and pick a different dir. I told it to delete the old version. I
found it wierd that it took *some time* to delete the old install - then I found
out that it deleted everything in /usr/bin.

I'd suggest that it maybe shouldn't do this - ever . I can't seem to think of
anytime that anyone would want this.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I downloaded the installer to /tmp, su - to root and gunzipo,untared and ran
./mozilla-installer

2.It wanted to install to /usr/local/mozilla - I wanted it to go to /usr/bin so
I used the "Change" button to set the Destination Dir to /usr/bin.
3.Installer then notified me of an older install - I could delete the old
install or cancel and pick a different dir. I told it to delete the old
version. I found it wierd that it took *some time* to delete the old install -
then I found out that it deleted everything in /usr/bin.

Actual Results:
Install completed. The following was on STD out in my terminal window:
================================
./mozilla-installer
Warning: MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME not set.
[root@linux_tools1 mozilla-installer]# /usr/bin//mozilla: dirname: command not found
Cannot find mozilla runtime directory. Exiting.

==================================

I have hardly no commands in /usr/bin - here's a list of /usr/bin:

========================================================

[meierjo@linux_tools1 mozilla-installer]$

=========================================================================

Expected Results:
maybe not deleted /usr/bin/* (?)
I know there's a but out on this
