With the removal of the Flash plugin machinery some of the functionality used to generate paired minidumps has become unused. We can remove the CreateAdditionalChildMinidump() function and simplify CreateMinidumpsAndPair() so that it doesn't accept an incoming minidump but rather always takes a new one.
