User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0
Steps to reproduce:
In Firefox and Chrome I'm running a YouTube video in full screen or theater mode in 720p quality (for example this video https://youtu.be/kGXHOclxfaw)
Actual results:
When I compare this video from these two browsers, the video from Chrome looks much better in quality and not so blurry.
https://imgsli.com/MTA0MjUx - 720p
https://imgsli.com/MTA0MjUw - 1080p (all is fine, no difference)
Expected results:
720p quality and below on Youtube in Firefox should look like in other Chromium-based browsers. P.S It is important to note that at 1080p quality and above there is no difference. But I have a poor Internet, so I prefer 720p quality, which loads videos quickly for me.

Does this issue only happen when you put the video in the full screen or the theater mode? So playing it under the original size won't cause any blurry?

Yes, there is blur only in the fullscreen or theater mode, in the original (or default?) view all is fine.
Just in case, I'll add a comparison so we both know what we're talking about:

UPD: This problem was on my iGPU from Intel. Now, I bought a new GPU GTX 1650 and the problem solved. Apparently, this is somehow related to Intel drivers, or, it is due of the drivers for Intel P4600.
