Steps to reproduce:
I do not know. I don't even know when it happened. I just happened to notice the large number of unread messages in inbox. I know that this is not helpful, but that's all I have.
Actual results:
About 5000 messages got copied from sub-folders to inbox. I am running ver 100.0b2 but it was recently updated from 100.0b1. I was not doing anything differently than normal day to day operations.
Expected results:
Nothing

who is your service provider?
It is an imap account with Earthlink
It only happened once that I can remember.
