seen on 1021 trunk

steps:

open one tab with yahoo.com
open another tab with netscape.com (currently open)
now, right click on the yahoo tab title and select 'close tab'
observe that the tab closes but the netscape tab blanks out .reloading does not 
help..content does not appear
Also seen on windows NT (netscape trunk build: 2002-08-21-08-TRUNK).
Linux seemed to work fine.

I think this is a dupe, but I could only find Bug 158105, which has been
resolved WORKSFORME.
good find..RB, but I bet my life on this one..this is not a WFM. ;)...we better 
work on these ugly issues..makes user experience frustrating. god knows how I 
nominate this one...
