The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Toolbars and Customization' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

These bug doesn't belong to the 'Firefox::Toolbars and Customization' component.
There isn't a possiblility to change the Meno bar via the option Customized toolbar.

with below css the Menu bar is normal again, such as the tabs on bottom
#TabsToolbar {
position: absolute;
display: block;
bottom: 0;
width: 100vw;
background-clip: padding-box;
color: var(--toolbar-color);
}
#tabbrowser-tabs {
width: 100vw;
}
#navigator-toolbox {
position: relative;
padding-bottom: calc( var(--tab-min-height) + 8px );
}
#main-window[tabsintitlebar][sizemode="maximized"]:not([inDOMFullscreen="true"]) #titlebar {
height: 36px;
}
.titlebar-buttonbox-container {
position: fixed;
right: 0;
visibility: visible;
display: block;
}
#TabsToolbar .titlebar-buttonbox-container,
#TabsToolbar #window-controls {
display: none;
}

Hi Speedy Kepke,
Are you able to reproduce this bad positioning of the menubar in a new profile without userChrome.css modifications?

Hey Mike,
I don't know what exactly you mean. I've had to take some adjustments/changes in my userChrome.css.
Here below my explications:
- rebooted FF without my usally css, but the tabs weren't on bottom
- rebooted FF with my current css - as already indicated, the tabs are back on bottom and the Menu bar looks normal again.
My conclusion: it's not so much the css concerning tabs on bottom who causes this problem, but more about the disabling of the new Proton UI, see below the code:
/* Disable new Proton UI and Restore Old Classic Theme in Mozilla Firefox - Start /
.titlebar-color{
color: -moz-accent-color-foreground;
background-color: -moz-accent-color;
}
.tab-background{
border-radius: 0px 0px !important;
margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}
.tabbrowser-tab:not([selected=true]):not([multiselected=true]) .tab-background{
background-color: color-mix(in srgb, currentColor 5%, transparent);
}
menupopup > menu, menupopup > menuitem{
padding-block: 2px !important;
}
:root{
--arrowpanel-menuitem-padding: 2px !important;
}
/ Disable new Proton UI and Restore Old Classic Theme in Mozilla Firefox - End */

Hi Speedy Kepke,
If the issue that you're seeing is being caused by your userChrome.css changes, and doesn't occur when you don't have any userChrome.css rules applied, then this is not a Firefox bug but a bug in your custom stylesheet. I recommend asking around in a community of people who use userChrome.css. https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS is a good place for that.
I'm going to close this bug as INVALID for now. If it turns out that you can reproduce this issue without having any userChrome.css changes applied, then we can reopen it.
