[Steps to reproduce]:
- Launch Firefox, access "about:logins" page.
- Click on the "..." button.
- Click on the "Import from Another Browser..." button.
- Choose Chrome, go through with the import.
- Click on the "Deny" button when 'Firefox wants to use your confidential information stored in "Chrome Safe Storage" in your keychain' is shown.
- Observe the prompt on the "Import Wizard" pop-up.
[Expected Results]:
It should prompt that "Saved Logins and Passwords" was not imported successfully.
[Actual Results]:
It prompts that "Saved Logins and Passwords" was imported successfully. But passwords are not imported due to Step 5.
[Notes]:
It can also reproduce by clicking the "import them into Firefox" link when no logins are saved.

Hi,
I have managed to reproduce the issue in release 99, beta 100 and the latest nightly 101.0a1 (2022-05-03) using macOS 10.15. Changing the flags accordingly.
