Firefox Focus promo will show by default starting Fx 100. Scope of this bug is to use copy from treatment-c branch thats showing high CTR from Firefox Focus 99 promo experiment

I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm that the strings from the Firefox Focus promo respect the specifications from description.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (101.0a1 Build ID - 20220420215300) and Firefox Beta (100.0b9 Build ID - 20220420161007) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
