So this is ERROR on nightly, late beta, and release, but OK on early beta? That seems strange, does anyone know what's actually going on? I guess we could write the metadata condition as if release_or_beta and early_beta_or_earlier as the quick fix, but it doesn't seem ideal.

:saschanaz - Do you know what's going on with this test? I'll put up a metadata patch that marks it as expected error for late beta, but it feels like I'm missing something and that's the wrong solution.

Actually, it also affects early beta - sorry about that. It fails outside Nightly because partitioning is only enabled in Nightly (bug 1549587).
