Some notes on this jank: It occurs when scrolling past this image which is about 10MB...and firefox does not like it at all! Just opening it in a new tab and panning around is causing some pretty bad jank. I have opened larger images in Firefox before with no problems, something must be special about this image. When I remove it in devtools, I can scroll the page just fine.
