The Bug is:

The "Preferences" window panel is too narrow to view all contents, using the
following selections:

Preferences: Navigator;

Preferences: Navigator: Helper Applications

Preferences: Advanced: Cache

The "Downloading" dialog box/Window is too short to display all of the content.
 This condition is precipitated by the first selection button for file handling
including the full file path to the application, and "bumping" the rest of the
window contents down without expanding the window.  This could be solved by
truncating the path description by inserting "..." as part of the path.
