Details

Telemetry tells us we are seeing a fair amount of high COMPOSITE_TIME values in the upper percentiles in our RUM data. We do not currently understand the cause, additional measurements are important to understand what needs to happen to address this. We already know how to measure much of this for the webrender profiling overlay, we just need to expose it to telemetry.
