Attachment: ”Tab” key cannot reach “import them into Firefox” link

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Release 99.0.1

[Affected Platforms]:

• macOS 10.13.6

[Prerequisites]:

• Firefox has removed all logins.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Launch Firefox and access "about:logins".
2. Press Tab key multiple times, until the blue box selects "passwords support".
3. Press Tab key again.

[Expected result]:

• The blue box selects "import them into Firefox".

[Actual result]:

• The blue box selects the Back Button in the left-up corner.

[Notes]:

• The bug only happens in macOS 10.13.6. Windows 10 and macOS 10.15.7 cannot reproduce this bug.

I can confirm that this issue occurs on 10.13.6 on all channels, but, weirdly enough, it does not occur on 10.12.6.
I can also confirm that it does not occur on Mac OS 11.6.6 either.
It's always all channels or neither of them.

I think this is a duplicate of Bug 1426136. In my case the solution provided in Bug 1426136 solved the tab issue (its a problem with the operating system settings in MacOS).
