STR:
1.) Open so many tabs so that the tabstrip is full of tabs, before tabscrolling is possible.
2.) Take a look at the very left tab during a further tab opens.

Actual: The very left tab flickers.

Expected: No flicker of the very left tab.

This is a regression. I can't reproduce with Firefox 99.0.1 (64-Bit).

This is fixed in Nightly 103.0a1 (2022-06-10) (64-Bit) now. Closing.
