1766811 - Remove StyleEditor list item animation

The animation we have when a stylesheet (splitview.css#14-22,38 ) is added to the list is pretty jarring
It's even more visible when filtering the list (with patch for Bug 1470781 applied)
The added value is unclear to me. It was added as a replacement for a global spinner, but having no animation would feel snappier, especially when displaying lots of stylesheet (e.g. in BrowserToolbox)
